Consultants (generally ex-military) create and maintain an online profile which is published online for approved employers to see.
XC3 has a sophisticated employer interface which allows detailed and precise search by a huge range of factors, including consultant availability - accurate to one day and always up to date.
Employers can contact consultants directly using the site email system.
Site use in anonymous for both consultants and employers - both are simply seen as ID numbers until contact is made.
The system is FREE for job seekers and extremely low cost for employers.

Companies are granted individual access to the database after a visit by the XC3 team to discuss their requirements. Currently 8 companies make full use of XC3 while a further 3 have trial access to the system. The full list is given HERE.
