XC3 Employer's Interface - 2
The next screen shot shows the site email system pop-up window. The employer has chosen to email two candidates. At the bottom of the form is the reference system which may be used to keep track of messages sent and includes the ability to record a note about each. This has pages of its own, but is not shown here.
If more information is required about a candidate before emailing, employers may look at a candidate's complete profile which includes any notes that the employer may have made about him, and details of previous messages sent. A section of the profile is seen below.
