Your military training and experience are key assets to the employers subscribing to XC3. While exact requirements obviously vary from job to job, many posts require a high level of the basic military skills which you may not have been trained in or have left far behind. In the pages in this section of the site you will find useful information about the qualifications and training most valued in the industry.

We have collected the details of a range of good quality training providers and will continue to add to this list. While this is obviously a form of advertising for these providers, XC3 have not included any organisation which is not well respected within the industry, or whose courses are not of value to employers.
